Are you feeling consumed by the pressure of putting together the perfect cheeseboard for the holidays? Don't worry, that's why we're here! Whether you're hosting a crowd or just looking for something to indulge in, we have two seasonal cheese pairings that need nothing more than crackers and fresh fruit. Ok, how simple is that?!

Brûléed Brie

This is a fun one!

Instructions:

• Slice the top rind off a wheel of brie.

• Crush Orange Blossom Cocktail Cubes and sprinkle the sugar generously on top of the exposed cheese. If you don't have our cocktail cubes, buy them - or you may use conventional sugar instead.

• Use a butane torch or your broiler to caramelize the sugar. Watch carefully to avoid burning!

That's it! The sugar will create a caramelized crunch and the brie below will be melty gooey heaven. Because this is so easy and soooooo good, it will undoubtedly take center stage so we would suggest keeping it simple and pairing it with Flouwer Co. Artisanal Crackers and fresh fruit like raspberries, apples, and pears.

Burrata with Seasonal Citrus

Instructions:

• Drain the burrata.

• Peel and slice your citrus fruits into wheels. We used both blood and navel oranges.

• Arrange the burrata and citrus slices.

• Drizzle a quality extra virgin olive oil over the cheese.

• For the perfect bite, serve with our crackers and garnish with crushed pistachios, sea salt and fennel.

If you're desiring dark and decadent we'd recommend the brûléed brie, and if you are seeking something more light and bright then the burrata - but really you cannot go wrong with either one and if you're up for it put both on a platter and pile fresh fruit between the two. I mean, it is the holidays after all!
